As a student, I witness both sides of technology—its ability to connect, teach, and inspire, and its darker impact in the form of anxiety, distraction, sleepless nights, and the constant pressure of “fake lives” on social media.I invite educators, researchers, policymakers, psychologists, and mental health experts to join the Youth Digital Wellness initiative.
